In order to better fasten and fasten the speed-boosting bogies, Zheng Lin used scientific calculations and careful measurements to install springs and pin clamps in the air cylinders with a diameter of 150 mm according to the requirements for speeding trucks. To adjust and change the bogie height and card fastness, and welded into a flat assembly frame. In this way, after the bogie is placed on the assembly frame, only one employee can grip the bogie firmly by gently moving the fixture. After drawing the plan of the maintenance platform and repeated simulation tests, a new type of speeding truck maintenance platform for railway vehicles finally came out.

It is understood that this product is the first in the industry, especially suitable for small-scale vehicle maintenance operations, in particular to adapt to the training site has not yet fully promote the pipeline operations and learning for the construction of bogie teaching. And this kind of equipment is safer and more reliable when placed on the ground, the fixture is simple, one person can operate, convenient and quick, the working space has been expanded, and the preparation time of the disassembling and repairing platform can be shortened by 20 minutes. The same kind of products that can be seen and available at the moment are hydraulically mounted bogies. The inlet line of the hydraulic pump is easily broken due to space constraints, and the fixture is mounted on a small platform with wheels. It is unstable. Due to the limitation of work space, operators are not safe.

At present, this section of staff has produced 4 bogies maintenance desks. It is understood that the purchase of a similar maintenance station requires a cost of 42,000 yuan, and the cost of this maintenance station is only 2,000 yuan, and this alone can save 160,000 yuan.
